Select and analyze one topic from a developmental perspective. That is, you will discuss this topic and the course of development it takes across the life span, from prenatal development (if applicable) to death and bereavement (if applicable). You must address what the development of this topic looks like during infancy, childhood (early and middle can be discussed in this section), adolescence & emerging adulthood, and adulthood (including middle and older adulthood up until death). You will find four empirical psychology research articles, published in the past ten years– one to cite for each stage of development (as defined above).

The paper is in correct APA 7th ed format, including a title page, in-text citations for all articles, and a reference page. No abstract needed. Paper utilizes APA without errors. Paper is proofread and free of typos and grammatical issues.

The student fully discusses the research that was conducted sharing the methods, results, and follow-up discussion points. Essentially, what did this study do and find? What does it say about your topic at this age group? Any milestones and development around the selected topic are discussed as appropriate for this age group. That is, what does this topic look like and/or what is happening around this topic during this age period? How does development of your topic proceed during this age group?
Early and middle childhood is discussed. One peer-reviewed research study, published in the last 10 years, is cited and discussed. The student fully discusses the research that was conducted sharing the methods, results, and follow-up discussion points. Essentially, what did this study do and find? What does it say about your topic at this age group?Any milestones and development around the selected topic are discussed as appropriate for this age group.
