You have been promoted to the position of a Director of HR within the leisure group of a theme
park organization. The organization consists of 127 full-time and 42 part-time employees. Based
on guest feedback, and financial reports, you have identified variation in the quality of the
delivered quality of service in two specific HR related areas: unusual large number of guests
complaints about poor service in the food court area, and low guest satisfaction from the
entertainment in the newly opened section of the theme park, comparing to the rest of the park.
ARGUE possible root causes of these observations and suggest a method/framework that HR
manager may apply to implement Continuous Improvement process activities within HR
department to eliminate these problems.

reporting large variations in the quality of service across specific departments. As part of the

may agree with him or propose an alternative method to address the problem.
