As for my culture: I’m an African American woman. I’m a Christian woman. You can just go off of that. My influences are GOD and my parents because they are very much so invested in the church. We had to go to church 3 times a week (sometimes 4). We listened to gospel music growing up in my parents house but the older I got, I went my own way and started listening to R&B (Rhythm & Blues) music. We celebrate Juneteenth because it’s a holiday that celebrates African Americans being free.

1. A Sample Segment of the
Training Program (35 Marks)
The part of the
presentation consists of a short component or sample from your proposed
training (SEE DOCUMENT ATTACHED). In this presentation, imagine that your instructor is part of the
managerial group in the organization and you’re trying to encourage managers to
send employees to attend. This is almost a “proof of concept” to support the
proposal you’ve identified in your pitch. It is meant to give an idea of what
your training will look like and demonstrate how you might teach a portion of
the content. Ideally it is an interactive component (even if you don’t have a
class in front of you) however you may choose to describe the segment if it’s
not possible to demonstrate it well over this platform. The interactive
