Think about topics from readings, lectures, or assignments. Examples might include:

Choose three that stand out to you and jot down how they connect to your experiences or goals.

Step 3: Structure Paragraphs 1–3.
Each of these paragraphs should follow this pattern:

Introduce the concept.
Explain what you learned about it in the course.
Apply it to your work, profession, or career plans (make it personal and reflective).

Step 4: Structure Paragraph 4.

Start by naming the part of the course that most influenced your view of HRM (e.g., assignments, background materials, or case studies).
Explain your previous perception of HRM.
Describe how your perception changed or deepened after engaging with the material.

Step 5: Write your draft.
